Contacting a “live” support analyst.

Does anyone know how to get in touch with a real person for Apple support?


I sent my less than a year old IPad Pro in for a repair because it would not charge. They advise that replacing the docking connector was not covered under the limited warranty. That is impossible. The item used to charge your IPad is not covered??


I need to talk with someone about this.
