How can I play a sound on an offline iphone
I lost my iPhone 11 in my house and it wont play a sound because it is listed as offline. How can I get around this?

Offline means exactly that. It is not possible to make an offline device do anything at all.
To locate your iPhone, use your hands and eyes.
