Unauthorized renewal of app

I have CamScanner installed on my iphone. A few years ago I bought a premium annual subscription on January 3, 2017 and it was charged through the Apple Subscriptions for a few years.

And then I cancelled the renewal of the of the annual subscription in late 2020. Looking in Settings/Subscriptions the app shows up at the very bottom under Expired saying "Expired January 2, 2021".

Even though I had it cancelled, Cam Scanner charged my Apple Subscription Service on January 3, 2021 another $49 for an annual subscription. The app still shows up under Settings/Subscriptions/Expired as of January 2, 2021.

There is no way in the iPhone to hit "Cancel subscription" since according to the iPhone it is already cancelled, and the website for CamScanner doesn't offer a cancel service button since it is charged through the App Store.

Please help me get rid of this subscription or tell Apple to block it.

Thank you.
