Why don’t I have an Archive folder in mailboxes?

We see you're searching for the Archive mailbox in your Mail app, and we can help look into that with you.


Start by heading to Settings > Mail > Accounts > Tap your email account > Advanced. In here, you should see 'Archive Mailbox' at the very top, in the Mailbox Behaviors section. This will note what it's currently set to use as the archive mailbox. Below this you can also see where discarded messages will go (deleted mailbox or archive mailbox), and can adjust that as well if desired.


If you don't see an archive mailbox there either, try logging into the webmail version of your email, and check there as well.
