And we’re now at iOS 15.2 and WatchOS 8.3, and the problem is still occurring on Apple Watch… Feels like this glitch is about to become a feature…
Still not fixed in watchOS 8.3. I'm pretty sure that numerous people have been submitting feedback for this already, but no resolution yet.
I did, thank you very much for posting it. Unfortunately, it did not solve the issue for me. :(
Ah yes, I've tried that many times, with no success :(
Nice! I hope it gets fully fixed soon.
it works for me, what can I say, thank you!
[UPDATE]
WatchOS 8.5.1 and iOS 15.4.1.
Problem still occurring on Apple Watch.
Same issue here with my app Shortcuts.
The message is shown only on Apple Watch, while on iPhone is working as expected.
The strange thing is that not all shortcuts has the same issue.
Everything started after iOS and WatchOS update.
So, I reached out to apple since I had this issue, and we found a solution for chrome shortcuts. So if you set the default browser to Chrome, and use the Safari “Open URL” command rather than the Chrome “Open URL” command, it opens the link IN Chrome without displaying the message. For some of the other apps, I don’t have an answer, but I told the Senior Advisor about the issue so maybe they’ll look into the issue, but otherwise I guess we’ll just have to wait.
I am having the same issue when I ask Siri on my iPhone 12 Pro Max. I can’t click “Allow” and then I just have to go through it again.
