I have an LG OLED TV hooked up to an Apple TV4k and a Yamaha Souncaster YSP 5600 soundbar (sound caster) connected to a Klipsch subwoofer. I want to add two Apple Homepod mini's to this system to get additional immersive sound. Is there a good way to do this? If so, please recommend a solution.

No, the HomePods Minis are intended to be the single output for that room.
You may want to shop for speakers that are designed to be added to/combined with your existing audio system.
Thank you for your response. I have two HomePods running now, and they sound excellent. I hope, maybe, perhaps Apple comes out with a subwoofer to add to the HomePod array. That would complete the sound spectrum for super quality listening.
