If you were syncing the data to iCloud, the iCloud sync is very, very slow. The photos sync is extremely slow. It could take several days or more for the photos to sync.

If necessary, do a backup and try a factory reset. Then restore from your backup.

Restore to Factory setting.      *

Restore - If you see an error when you update or restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod.   *

Backup - Restore your device from an iCloud or iTunes backup.     *

Log into your account in the App Store/iTunes and you should be able to change/verify it there.

Apple ID has not yet been used with the iTunes store. Please review your account information   -
