Failed transfer of photos/videos from IPhone ES to Microsoft Photo on my desktop

How do I delete the failed transfer from IPhone ES to Microsoft Photo on my desktop?

Other articles discuss how to continue the transfer when it fails. My transfer failed several months ago

I want to start my transfer from the beginning.

I have tried deleting the items waiting to be transferred on IPhone, but my problem continues

I have deleted Microsoft Photo from my computer and downloaded it again. My problem continues. Microsoft photo gives me an error message that my last download failed

What are the steps I need to follow to delete the problem items and start over? I know the proper steps, once I can restart the process from the very beginning

kendon81,

We see you're having issues importing photos from your iPhone to your PC. We can help out with that.

To start, be sure you're following all suggestions and steps from here: Transfer photos and videos from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

If you're trying to connect your iPhone via a cable to the PC, you can also alternatively try iCloud Photos, which the above link can help with.

As the above page also links to, this link can help with issues that occur when trying to import photos to the computer: If you can't import photos from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch to your computer

Take care.
