Breathe app missing from watch - 2021

Hi all,

I do see this question has been asked before, but no solutions here or on Reddit have worked. I deleted the built in 'breathe' app when I purchased my apple watch 6, and subsequently deleted the app. I'm trying to reinstall it / activate it, but it's nowhere to be seen.

I've tried searching in the app store on my watch using variations of 'Breathe', 'Breathe Apple', or 'Apple Breath' and can't find it, nor can I find it in the app store on my phone. I'm using IOS 15 on the phone and Apple Watch 8 software on the watch.

Any ideas?
