How to scroll the stock watch list in big sur widget

I am using the Stock watch list widget, but can only see a few symbols listed. Is there anyway to scroll the list, same with the calendar widgets without opening the respective apps? I love and use daily the previous version where things are displayed in a list view, I can expand, scroll a section, and see a lot of information in a quick glance. The new widgets, while graphically more interesting, are not as functional and may I say, loud? Anyway to bring back the older notification panel? Thanks!
