Iphone 12 won't recognise correct passcode

Iphone 12 suddenly won't accept passcode which is 100% correct. I tried force restart, updating ios through macbook, and still nothing. Now I am left with all white screen with bottom text "swipe for recovery", then I am asked to type passcode and to verify it, after that loading bar starts with the text "attempting recovery data", at the end loader stops and I got white screen and botom text "data recovery failed". I do not have a backup, so the data stored on the phone is very important to me. Can you solve this problem with some emergency update? As you can see there are so many same questions about iphones suddenly stopped recognising correct passcodes, so obviously the problem is not with the users, we couldn't all get collective amnesia at the same time.

You will need to restore the device using a computer. The process will erase the device. Later you can restore your data from a recent back-up. Instructions here…
