Technical trouble with app subscription

I purchased Wildcraft app for my grand daughter, we pay a monthly subscription and have bought packs. My iPad lost charge then once it powered up the game lost all the levels she had completed. She is 8 so she is devastated.


How do I get support from a third party app?


iPad Pro, iPadOS 14

You would need to contact the developer directly. The App Store provides links to the developer website and to their support website.
