HomePod WiFi issue

Try to connect HomePod to university's network (eduroam). I've followed the instruction of how to connect to 802.1X Wi-Fi network, downloaded a configuration profile. When installing, it keeps saying "Install Profile Failed Error 4001". Anyone can help please?

See If you can’t set up HomePod - Apple Support. Note that:

HomePod doesn't support public or subscription networks with sign-in requirements. These networks are often in places such as businesses, schools, dorms, apartments, hotels and shops.
