I went to the Apple store in market Street to get the new iPhone 13 Pro Max but they didn’t had any in stock. I don’t want to go to the Apple store every day to see if it is in stock so is there a way to find out online?

No. You have to check the stores online near you and see if one you want is available for pickup. Given orders are now out into December, your chances of finding one sitting on a shelf aren't too great.
If your only reason for wanting to pick it up in store is to ask question and transfer the data (which is honestly very easy to do yourself with Quick Start, which we can help you do), then order the phone you want, have it delivered to you, then go to your Apple Store with your new phone in hand and they'll help you just as though you picked it up in-store.
No, there isn't. If you don't want to go to the store then order online via the Apple Online Store and wait for it to arrive to your house.
