Facebook app is stuck on my phone.

I just hit the 2 year mark on my iPhone XS yesterday. Wanted to clear up some space on my phone so I deleted a bunch of apps Facebook included and then I went to reinstall them again. They all reinstalled (Facebook, instagram, Google, YouTube, twitter). Yet for some reason instagram and Facebook were being buggy(would give me an error saying no network connectivity - despite having both full service and full wifi) so I tried deleting their data and reinstalling(not knowing that they were down today)

again Facebook and instagram weren’t working giving me the same issue when literally every other app worked so I tried one more time to delete then reinstall except Facebook didn’t reinstall properly and when I go to delete it and try to reinstall it, the App Store says “open” instead of the cloud to reinstall. Also clicking open does nothing. There’s no change in the screen and Facebook doesn’t open.

it doesn’t show up in the storage list

i cant go look in purchased because it just brings me to the same page to open it with the same results.

move tried soft resetting, hard resetting the phone. I did the update to 15.0.1

nothing works and every time I delete the unloaded fb app it just reappears on the screen as a useless app widget that I can’t open or delete.

what do I do?
