Portrait Watch Face for Apple Watch 3 series

Is the new Portrait Watch face introduced with watch os8 not available for Apple watch 3 series, or am I doing something wrong (browsed trough the available faces, but couldn't find it)?

Apple Watch Series 3 No Analog Pride face? I have an updated Apple Watch series 3. I can see the new digital Pride face but the new analog one is missing and that’s the one I wanted. I went through all the face customizations and there is NO option to get the analog one. Where can I find it? Is it only for the series 4 folks? :(

How to create watch face with yellow ring? On the Apple page about watchOS 7 in the Family Setup section there's an image of the Apple Watch with a yellow band and the watch face has a yellow ring with numbers in it. Looking through the Watch app Face Gallery though I'm not seeing how to configure any of the available faces to look like that right off. Apple Watch series 6, watchOS 7.1 iPhone 12, iOS 14.2.1.

Usually if it's not displayed in your face gallery then it's not compatible with your watch.
