I have money transfer to me but it never showed up in my account

In what context are you doing this?

Read how to 'Transfer money in Apple Cash to your bank account or Visa debit card' - (note there is a 1% fee for the instant transfer method but the other method is free)

- "When you transfer money from your Apple Cash card, you can either use a bank transfer to send funds to your bank account in 1 to 3 days or you can use Instant Transfer to send funds to an eligible Visa debit card within 30 minutes."


Adding balance to an Apple Account? -->


Click on this link to 'Check your Apple ID balance' --> https://support.apple.com/HT202359

- If you think that your Apple ID balance is incorrect, sign out of the App Store or iTunes Store, then sign back in and check the balance again. If you still think that the balance is incorrect, check your purchase history to see if a subscription renewed or you bought an item.

Also realize that despite this being the age of speedy computers, transactions may take a finite amount of time to process. Even within the Apple system a transaction may take up to 48 hours to clear ( https://support.apple.com/HT204084 ).


If you still have problems:


Click here --> https://support.apple.com/choose-country-region Select your country, then a product. If you don't see one that handles your issue then keep experimenting with selections until you reach one that gets you a chat session or a telephone call and get the representative to redirect you.
