Notes app on Mac OS keeps crashing when I move it from one screen to another

Whenever I drag my Notes app to another screen, it crashes. I have tried this both just from one monitor to another, or dragging it using the Desktop spaces. Same result except with just dragging, it doesn't ever even appear on the other screen (with Desktop spaces, it does before it crashes).

I'm on Mojave 10.14.6.

I did reset my systems launch database before this started happening. But not sure what to do to fix it.

I'd start with this...

Safe Boot, (holding Shift key down at startup), does the problem occur in Safe Mode? Could take 10 minutes.

Safe mode attempts to repair Disks & clears lots of caches & loads safe Drivers, & prevents loading of 3rd party extensions, so if Safe Mode works try again in regular boot.

To find out if it's system wide or user specific, try this...

Open System Preferences>Users & Groups, unlock the lock, click on the little plus icon, make a new admin account, log out & into the new account.

Does it work in the new account?

If it still does the same thing...

Try reinstalling this in Safe Mode, but not downloading using Firefox...

Sorry, one more update — after trying this in safe mode, when I go back to not being in safe mode, Notes will no longer open at all. Its crashing as it did under safe mode. Prior to trying safe mode, it was opening, but just crashing on the main application window being dragged across a screen. If I double clicked and opened just a single note, I was able to drag that across monitors without it crashing.
