Screentime Report Showing Weird Data

I woke up to over 9hrs of screentime from screenshot-media.com. But it isn't under my browser. The category is "other" and I have never even heard of this site. I am very concerned that this activity is security related. I've gotten a lot of spam emails throughout the day.

It looks like it started right at midnight and stopped when I opened screentime. What is going on?

*I added the limit right after thinking it might prompt me that it was running or something.

Constant Screentime Yesterday my screen time report indicated I was on my phone the entire day. When I looked, it was “webtrack.dhlglobalmail.com” which was a preview I viewed (by holding down the link in an email). The email was from a company I bought something from, and the link was to track the package. I put a 1-minute limit on that “app,” closed all apps and restarted my phone. But this morning I woke up to an alert indicating I reached my 1-minute limit (presumably at midnight) for that “app.” I’m concerned I have a virus and want to be sure my personal information has not been compromised.

Screen Time showing usage by "covid.cdc.gov" One week ago this started showing up on my Screen Time and I just noticed today that it's basically be on the whole time. First seen April 3, 2022 and used 12h9m and 24 hours every day until I noticed it today. Any ideas what this is? Seems like something sketchy is happening. Here's what the usage has been like for the past 3 days.

App I didn‘t download appears in my screen time There is an app called „mymail: web de e-mail box app“ I've never downloaded appearing on my iphone restrict list under screen time. Visiting the app store confirms I've never downloaded it. The app only appears on that list and is not visible anywhere else on my phone, so I cannot delete it. It's not showing as a purchase. I also checked and it seems like it started on 3.11.22 with 19 min of screentime and then went straight to even almost 3 hours of screentime a day (see screenshot attached). Why is it happening? I‘m worried that it‘s somehow collecting my data. Thank you in advance.
