Order was not placed but amount got deducted from my bank account(Apple India Pvt Ltd)

I had eagerly placed an order on Apple India website (Apple India Pvt Ltd) of iPhone 13 Pro of a huge amount. That is most of my hard earned money planned. Placed order through ICICI net banking and after entering the OTP, I got an ERROR message from Billdesk and the whole amount has been debited from my bank account!!

Nothing/no order confirmation/mails from Apple.

Can anyone tell me weather if I will get the order number or a refund from Billdesk/Apple?

If yes for refund, how long does it usually take and should I be worried :(

And what should I do as next steps?
