I accidentally removed a text conversation instead of a single picture. My backup is full and I will have to add more memory. Is there a way to recover the entire conversation?

There is no way to recover a deleted text unless you do NOT sync messages to iCloud, and you have a backup made before the message was deleted. You can restore that backup, but it will overwrite everything on the phone, not just that message.
