Custom Email Domain missing DKIM records

Worst case you can use another SMTP server in the meantime. So you can use iCloud only to receive email.

Im using CloudFlare too, have you had any luck with this.

The problem is on iCloud side. At this point better to use an other SMTP server in the mean time.

Seems like Apple is aware of this. Glad this isn't just my issue!

I’ve been getting an update a week or so since November, but they all add up to “Engineering still has this as an open ticket, no updates,” which is pretty frustrating more than 2 months in.

I guess this will get more and more attention as people are moving domain away from Google Suite Legacy.

But I must say, so far other than that, the service is working great.

Do you have the ticket ID? I'm happy to get on their case and press them to get an ETA from the developers.

What a bloody joke. Apple, placate your customers by communicating with them - you may benefit as there’s a chance they’ll be more understanding if they’re not kept in the dark.

I think that their solution is well conceived they just need to get it working - and advise as to when that’s likely to happen!

I'm using single quote already (since it's the standard) and no it's not fixed. "Your message is not signed with DKIM".

It only works when sending from icloud.com (web interface).

For me the situation is UNCHANGED. NO DKIM record.

Same. No DKIM on emails coming from my iCloud custom domain. Tested on iPhone mail client.

For me i did not change either.
