E-Book frozen on my Kindle App on both iPad and Iphone

An e-book cover is frozen on my iPad and iPad Kindle Apps; how do I close it and if the book is corrupt how do I get it reloaded by Amazon in my books purchased.

Welcome to Apple Support Communities.


We understand that an e-book is frozen onscreen of your iPad. You can force close the Books app using the guidance in Quit and reopen an app on iPad. If your entire iPad is unresponsive, force restart iPad using the steps in If your iPad won't turn on or is frozen.


It would be best to contact Amazon to download the book again.
