Why does the same song start every time I plug in my iPhone in the car, or when I have to login in again? I can't see a setting to chose to play the next song, or album. Similar questions on here are very old and don't provide useful answer.

Can you tell us if this is happening with the Music app, or third-party music apps, or both? If you restart your device, does the issue remain?
If you're using the Music app, use the article below to guide you through removing the Music app and adding it back. If this is happening with third-party apps, you can do the same, and remove and reinstall the app and test to see if the issue persists.

You also mentioned that you do not have the option to change the song or album. Are you referring to this happening on the lock screen? Or if you have the app open that you're playing the music from?
Are you able to use Siri to change the song or album?

We recommend checking the settings through your car for automatically playing music through connected devices also.

I’m not clear. I use both Bluetooth or charger. This also happens not in the car but when I enter my passcode in the phone and the same song starts. It’s not about car settings.
