I ordered the AirPods Pro from amazon and I got a serial number in the invoice, I tried to check the serial number in the coverage lookup site and it doesn’t show any results for the AirPods, but my phones show up with the respective serial numbers.
When will the serial number be active on the coverage site?
Hi Bharath, looks like the serial number in the invoice is a dummy one and I’m not sure why the sellers use it. Like yourself, I too had the same fear, till I could open the case and my phone detected the AirPods and the details appeared under the settings and to cross check, I used the serial number in the settings on the coverage page, it showed up and put a smile on my face.

hi mr.prabhu i also ordered the airpods pro from amazon and when i checked the with soft invoice copy the serial number is not showing in warranty coverage site. i am in fear that the product which is coming is a fake one.so can u kindly clarify me that how did ur airpods pro activate and got shown in warranty page
