How do i know which Health App to download to my phone?

I was reading about downloading Covid information to my iPhone, but all it says is to open "Health App". There are many "health apps" available at the Apple store, so how do i know which app to install?

iPhone 13 mini, iOS 15

This is my first iPhone. I have always had Androids, so didn't even think that the "Health App" would already be on my phone! Thanks for letting me know. I think I need to do some more reading on the difference between the two systems.

The Health app is on your iPhone.

The Health app is not one of the apps that can be deleted but it can be removed from the home screen. Go to the App Library (swipe left past your last home screen). From there you can touch and hold an app and slide it left back to the home screen.
