Since you’re in Iran there is nothing you can do. You cannot get a legitimate AppleID in Iran since Apple does not, and never has done business in Iran. Thus there are no Apple supported devices, apps nor services available in Iran. Apple does not support their devices or services in Iran because they don’t offer them in Iran.

The US State department bars Apple from doing business in Iran as Iran is one of four countries deemed to be “State sponsors of terrorism” and thus certain USA industries and businesses are banned from doing business there.

They are not my products. I don’t work for apple as do none of the other users who post here in the user forums.

And I have no fix to offer you. Apple only offers help with activation lock if you can show, via a sales receipt with serial number, that you are the original purchaser and purchased from Apple or an Apple Authorized reseller.

There is no reputable source of iPhones in Iran as no seller has legal, legitimate access to Apple products since Apple has no business presence of any kind in Iran. At best you’re buying a used device.

And the reason for the sanctions don’t matter. It is illegally for Apple to sell their products in Iran. Thus they don’t do so. And since they don’t sell devices there, they don’t support any use of Apple services there either.

If you insist on using Apple products in Iran, then you have to understand you do so with no options for support or service from Apple.

dear Black,

I understand and know what you say. But the reasons for the sanctions are the Iranian government not Iranian people. I bought it from a reputable complex.

If I bring this phone to turkey or Dubai( to an apple center), does anything change?(With invoices and phone boxes)

How i can solve this problem?

I have had an apple phone about 8 years.

We are interested in your products and the performance of our government has nothing to do with us.

Thanks in advance for your consideration
