Can no longer control my receiver and tv through the controller

I’m not sure what changed or if it’s a bug, but I can no longer control my receiver and tv through the Apple remote. I used to be able to turn On the Control TVs and Receivers toggle, but now it just stays Off. My HDMI tv input has CEC enabled and ARC support as well as my Denon receiver. My cables are high speed HDMI 2.#. This only happened recently. I even tried resetting the Apple TV, but that didn’t help either. Also, my TV is fully up to date as well as the Apple TV. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Yep, I’ve tried toggling Control TV and Receiver, but never changes, it just stays Off.

I definitely think it has to do with version 15 because I was able to use this feature prior.
