Incomming calls doesn't appear on the screen

I have an Iphone 7 plus, and recently my phone rings but the notification does not appear, so I can't answer it.

I can if I'm wearing my headphones, for example, and answer it with the that button, but nothing appear on the screen.

I checked the notification settings and everything is allowed, so I don't know what the probem is...
