Trying to manage subscription to Itunes. No cooperation from apple
I bought a three month subscription to itunes. It renews Nov 2 2021 at full price. I have not used it once, so I would like to cancel. Problem is every time I log in (with telephone confirmation I might add) now more than 5 times and request a cancelation the app crashes. I believe this is Apple trying to subvert the cancellation process to extend the billing.
I encountered the exact same thing trying to cancel Microsoft Office recently.
This is the new way of dealing with your customers? I have used an iphone since iphone 4. I have purchased 5 ipads, and an Mac Air in total. I have also been an Appl stockholder.
This really is not acceptable corporate behaviour.
I am canceling my Itunes, and will not replace my Apple products in the future.
Cancel my itunes account please.
