Hello, and welcome to Apple Support Communities RND165,

We can see you've been using Update or reinstall Safari for your computer, and you've mentioned that both Walmart and Target websites are not loading.

Let's start here: If Safari on Mac doesn't open a webpage or isn’t working as expected. Go through each section to make sure to narrow down what might be happening. This would include installing any updates, testing in a private window and checking your network. We'd also want to restart your Mac, that might resolve your issue too.

We hope this helps!

RND165,

Thanks for the update!

We'd like to see if using the steps here help: If Safari can't open the page because too many redirects occurred. We're suggesting it to see if either removing the website data specifically or removing all stored data will allow you to visit the sites.

After finishing and if you're still having this issue with Safari, you can contact Apple Support for further assistance here: Contact Apple Support. They'll be able to assist you further and narrow down what might be happening.

Take care.
