AppleCare+ Coverage Wrong!

I just bought my device (MBP 13' M1) with AppleCare+ on 29th Sep, 2021.

My AppleCare+ warranty should be three years in total. Now the expiration date is Oct 7, 2022, which is only one year from now.

I called Apple Support and was told that this should be corrected, and updated information will be seen in 7 to 10 hours. However, no changes so far.

Please help correct it asap. Otherwise I will be forced to quit AppleCare and ask for refund. It really affects my positive feelings of possessing a new device.

Apple is not here on these forums. We are just other regular users such as yourself. You need to contact Apple in the same manner you did before and reference your CaseID.

Just make sure to keep your proof of purchase of the AppleCare+ extended warranty. Even if it doesn't show up on the website properly Apple or an AASP will be able to use your AppleCare+ purchase receipt if you need a repair during its three year coverage. I have seen where the Apple website will only see the original factory warranty and will only display the extended AppleCare+ coverage once the original one year factory warranty has expired.
