Hi. I have an older apple tv. It has a netflix app, but im not able to log into my account. Other content on apple tv works well. I have talked to netflix, they tried evrrything to help, but did not succeed
netflix works as normal on my iphone and macbook
if it's not as old as an appletv 3g (so HD/4K/4K 2g the ones with an app store)then some people reported netflix updated their app in a way that would not let it launch if the appletv tvOS version was not updated to the latest
maybe it's the same issue as this guy had
