On my macbook secure notes are saved, but they seem only saved in 'login' not in 'icloud', how do i batch copy them to icloud?

However, my items are saved in login keychain and I assume that means they are not available outside of my laptop (my iphone/ipad). Is there any way to transfer them to my other devices or make at least a back-up?
Click on finder > Go > hold option key > keychain in this folder complete login keychain passwords are stored , keychain items can be exported from one Mac to second Mac Import and export keychain items using Keychain Access on Mac - Apple Support
login keychain password is exactly same as admin password for Mac , it can't be exported to iPhone / iPad .
However iCloud Keychain set up between Mac , iPhone / iPad is quite different thing Automatically fill in strong passwords on iPhone - Apple Support
iCloud Keychain set up doesn't share admin password .
