Photos from iPad library not sending on Messenger

Out of the blue, I’m unable to send photos from my library by Messenger on my iPad. Photos of text send ok but not photos of people! I have no problem doing either on my iPhone.

I have checked all the settings for photos, Messenger etc to make sure everything is enabled, I have deleted and reinstalled the most up to date Messenger app but without any success. Strangely, I can click on a link of a photo on Messenger and then send it by Messenger successfully.

I’m stumped. Any help out there, please?

We are happy to help with the issue you are having with being unable to send photos in your Messenger.

You might want to try force quitting Messenger, restarting your iPad, and see if that helps.  Learn how to Close an app on your iPhone or iPod touch here.
