Apple Calendar stuck on No Invitations blank screen

The Apple Calendar is frozen on a white screen saying “No Invitations.” Even when I close out calendar and reopen, it stays on the No Invitations blank screen and I can’t see my daily calendar entries. It is frustrating.

I found one quick fix. If I rotate the phone sideways to landscape, the blank screen goes away and the calendar works as normal. This is shoddy for an Apple device. You are Apple. You price your phone astronomically because of high quality and design. This quick software glitch should be fixed immediately.

Hi egoines,

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities. As we understand it, you're having an issue with using the Calendar app where you're unable to view your daily entries. Does restarting your iPhone address the issues even temporarily? Also, are you running the latest iOS? You can verify this in Settings > General > Software Update. If not, please update to the latest release and let us know if the issue persists.

Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Have a great day.
