More apps on the home screen - use the resolution and area

Hi - just upgraded from iPhone X to 13 Pro Max - but still 6 x 4 rows/columns of apps or "appgroups" on the much bigger screen. With a lot of dead space in between.

I use like 100 apps regularly for work, my business, hobbies, family, friends, travel, commuting, mail, media etc etc etc.

I would be happy to have like 10 rows and 6 columns with apps and appgroups (the app library is nothing for me - like for seniors with poor sight and 10 apps in use)

This must be an easy thing to fix,
