Hey guys recently i bought a iphone 13 pro max from honk kong
took it back to my country and since then i can't sent a messages , only receive
Tried to swap my sim card into my old iphone 7 and somehow i could sent messages from my iphone 7
placed the sim back into my iphone 13 and again i can't sent messages
is there something to do ?

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities. Based on your post, you've purchased an iPhone 13 Pro Max from Hong Kong and returned to your country, but you aren't able to send messages or reply to incoming messages like you can on the iPhone 7 using the same SIM card. We'll do our best to assist.
When you say you can't send messages, are these SMS, iMessages, or both? SMS show up green in color while iMessages show up in blue bubbles.
Did you activate the iPhone using this SIM from your iPhone 7?
If this is happening with SMS or MMS, then you'd want to contact your wireless carrier to discuss why you can't use their service to send messages.

In case you run into issues: If you can't activate your iPhone
If iMessage isn't activated after activating the iPhone, try out: If you can’t turn on or sign in to iMessage or FaceTime

Hey , same goes for the Imessage and sms
Everything worked on the iphone 7 , but when i switched the sim back to the 13 nothing works
the Imessage says failed (in the settings) talked to my carrier they said that everything is fine
Is there any sort of a way to activate the sim in a new phone ?
Didn't work is there anything else?
even the update 15.0.2 didn't fixed my problem what can i do now?

been in touch with apple israel and they have no clue
is there some way to contact main apple ? not israel apple ? live chat or something because nothing helps

If these resources haven't helped to solve this, it could be related to the country set up on your Apple ID. We'd make sure it's selected on the same region where you're attempting to set up iMessage: Change your Apple ID country or region
If so, then it would be best to contact Apple directly: Get Support
