How do I restore Apple PreInstalled Apps when doing a clean install of Mac OS?

I'm guessing you're referring to Pages, Numbers and Keynote, right? Go to the App Store and search for them. Then download again.

If they were purchased from the Apple Apps Store the same principal would apply under User Name in Apple Apps Store
