MMS Enabling

Anytime I try to send a picture to anybody who does not have an iPhone it tells me MMS must be enabled. It is enabled. I've done the toggling on and off, the restarting, etc.

My old phone (12 Pro Max) worked perfect, I just recently did the update to the new 13 promax.

I have cellular data turned on.

I just don't understand why this keeps happening to me

I am ATT.

Your best bet to get this resolved quickly is to contact AT&T. This is because you have MMS enabled on your iPhone, however, are still having issues with MMS messaging. This is a feature provided and managed by your carrier. Call them up and they should be able to resolve it quickly by resetting your account for MMS.

Contact AT&T and let them know, MMS is their feature.
