Unable to change voicemail greeting

Hi I’m trying to change the voicemail greeting on my iPhone XR I’ve followed all the instructions but when I select voicemail no other options are shown. Just the icon. I’ve tried through settings but the option is not there.

Voicemail Greeting I have an iPhone 8 (Verizon) and cannot seem to get the personalized voicemail greeting to save. Each time it is saved, it reverts back to the default setting and when I receive calls, it says that the voicemail is not set up. Setup for voicemail does not appear I have a Apple iPhone 8 and am trying to set up voicemail. The set up menu does not appear when I click on voicemail. I’m not sure what’s causing this, but when I dial into the voicemail, it does not allow me to set up there as well. Any clues?

Voicemail set up I have consistently had issues with my iPhone resetting my voicemail to the default greeting. I’ve re-recorded the custom greeting several times, as I need this for my small business, but it keeps switching back to the default. Has anyone experienced this or have any suggestions?

VoiceMail (Visual or Normal) is a Carrier Specific feature. Contact your Carrier (Cellular Service Provider), the agency that issued the SIM / eSIM to you.
