I have heard some experts saying that , it overheats the phone and should only be used when its an emergency.
Iphones regulate their own charge current.
Yes faster charging (12W upwards) will run warm but that is just physics.
By the way whatever charge brick or method you use, charge it all night every night to calibrate optimised charging.
Charge is all night , are you sure ?
