iPhone 13 Pro Max slow Wifi

Hi Community,

My Girlfriend and I bought iPhone 13 Pro and iPhone 13 Pro Max,

when i hit a simultaneos speedtest

her iPhone goes up to 95Mb/s

mine hit's 0,5 - 2 Mb/s

we are connected to the same Wifi, the speedtest is done in the same time,

i tried:

Resetting network settings on my iPhone
Turning off private adress
Turning phone off and on
Resetting my Router (which didnt make any sense since her phone, my ipad pro, my macbook etc had perfect speed but anyway)

It's only my phone that can't get the speed it should.

Please help.

any help?

Yes i have seen the post, so the last step is to restore to factory settings, and check the wifi speed without the backup installed - if that doesnt work it could be the antenna, oh man...

Hi,

Sorry to hear you are having issues with the device.

If you are running latest iOS 15.1.1, have reset your network settings, and confirmed the issue does not lie with your ISP, I would recommend resetting all settings and confirm if the issue persists.

Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset All Settings

If it does, place the product in recovery mode to erase and restore, as well as reinstall the latest iOS.

Cable internet speeds are optimized for typical end users - very high download speeds with upload speeds a mere fraction of that.

For Comcast’s Xfinity, these are:

The speeds are slightly over provisioned, so my 35 Mbps up is actually typically around 41-43 Mbps.

I have the same issue.

Brand new iphone 13 Pro. Set up as NEW iphone!

Reset Network Settings.

Toggled wifi.

Forgot network.

Reset router (though other devices are fine)

Update iOS 15.1.1.

It's a $1200 device. It should be engineered to perfection and backwards, forwards and sideways compatible. I'm loosing faith in Apple. Headed to the Apple Store tomorrow where I bought it from. May go back to my iPhone 8...

Could you say what exactly worked for you? I’m paying for 300mbps and only getting up to 43 on this brand new iPhone..every other device in my home is getting top speeds.
