Wallet and Apple Pay Double Click Issues?

Hey guys! So this just started happening, but sometimes when I tap the screen of my iPhone 11 Pro Max (when the screen is off and I just want to see my notifications) my Wallet/Apple Pay screen comes up. It's almost like I double clicked the side button when I didn't, all I did was tap the screen. This just started happening today (10/8/21) and I have no clue what is happening. I even tried turning off the double click side button setting and it is still happening. Please help :(
