I have seen around the internet that after a screen replacement on an iPhone 13, face id will no longer work. Since there is not any official apple store in my country, if i take it to an Apple Independent Repair Provider will it actually work?

That is correct. Transferring a screen from one iPhone to another still makes Face ID inoperable.
Here is a link which you can look for Apple Authorized Service providers worldwide. If the provider you want to use is not listed, they are NOT Apple Authorized. If they are NOT Apple Authorized, they won't have access to Authentic Apple parts:

no idea but even if there are no apple stores then can be official apple verified repair/resellers
who one would assume would be using verified and working apple components which would not ruin faceid
Im having problems with my Face ID. Been in touch with apple and have to send my iPhone 13 pro max back to be looked at. Get in touch with apple and they will send you a box and prepaid stamp
if a repair place is officially verified by apple then one can assume apple has made it possible for them to repair apple devices.
