Can the colors of the display on the new Apple Watch series 7 be changed to match the color of your band?

if you mean automatically then I do not believe it's possible for an apple watch to be aware what band that is connected to it

otherwise you can choose various colours, and if the band is not just 1 colour one can use a photo which contains the patten of the band
