We see you're having an issue with the Weather app's animations not playing. We'd be happy to help out.

First, we'd recommend checking to see if the Reduce Motion option is enabled. This page will help show where that's located: Reduce screen motion on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

As the page notes if the Reduce Motion option is on then "Animation and effects in certain apps are disabled. For example, weather animations in the Weather app.

It may also help to try force closing the Weather app, and relaunch it: Close an app on your iPhone or iPod touch
