How Can I move icons to bottom of screen?

So, on my iPhone 12 Plus I have a cute picture of my beautiful young bride and our dog. However there are icons all over her face. I looked at an article on moving the icons but cannot see how to move them to the bottom. What am I missing?

Choosing WHERE on the screen the icons appear is not an option right now. You can leave feedback for Apple here: https://www.apple.com/feedback/iphone/

The iPhone doesn’t have to option of having space between apps, any app on the screen automatically goes near another one so it isn’t possible to move it so that it doesn’t cover a certain part of your wallpaper, the article is referring to moving the order of those apps near each other. What you can do is edit the wallpaper itself so it’s on the bottom of the app rows.
