I'm transferring data and photos from an iPhone 6 to iPhone 13. I need to use temporary iCloud storage for photo transfer but when I follow directions above, my old phone does not show "Prepare for new device" under Reset in General. Any suggestions?

I don't believe that option is available in iOS 12.
