I’m not sure why my IPhone XR isn’t working on the aux cord. I’ve tried the aux on my phone in my car and it didn’t work, then tried my boyfriends phone and it worked. I also tried my phone on my cousins aux cord in her car and it didn’t work for me, but worked for her phone. I don’t plan on getting a new phone anytime soon and this is really inconvenient not being able to play music.
